This workshop introduces participants to fascinating concepts around attention, perception, learned patterns, emotional associations and behaviour.
We explore questions such as:
Why do we notice certain things and miss others?
Why do previous experiences influence present reactions?
Why are some habits so difficult to change?
How does attention influence behaviour?
Why can two people interpret the same situation differently?
And how can greater awareness help us respond more intentionally?
The objective isn't to turn participants into neuroscientists.
Skills matter.
Knowledge matters.
Experience matters.
But how people respond when things don't go according to plan matters too.
This workshop explores the relationship between mindset, behaviour and performance.
reactions to setbacks
fear of failure
self-talk
personal responsibility
learned behaviour
confidence
focus
adaptability
action
resilience
A motivational and practical workshop based on the philosophy behind my book.
Golf becomes the metaphor.
Life becomes the lesson.
Your perfect drive lands in the rough.
You have to take a drop.
You choose the wrong club.
You focus so much on the hazard that it becomes all you can see.
You have one terrible hole and carry it into the next.
Or you realise that yesterday's scorecard cannot play today's round for you.
It is engaging, visual, relatable and designed to leave audiences thinking long after the workshop ends.
Designed particularly for Christian groups, churches and faith-based organisations, this workshop explores the relationship between faith, thought patterns, behaviour, personal responsibility and intentional change.
It creates space for conversations around renewing the mind, beliefs, habits, choices, action and personal growth while maintaining a clear faith-based framework.
The purpose is not to replace faith with psychology or neuroscience.
It is to explore how understanding human behaviour can help us become more aware of the choices, patterns and responsibilities present in everyday life.
We often know what needs to change.
Yet we don't change it.
This workshop explores the gap between knowledge and behaviour.
Participants identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck and develop practical steps for moving from:
Awareness → Choice → Action → Repetition → Growth.
Every audience is different.
I also develop customised presentations and workshops around the challenges facing your organisation, team, church or community.
Sessions can be structured as:
Keynote talks
60–90 minute workshops
Half-day workshops
Full-day workshops
Multi-session development programmes
Topics can be adapted around mindset, leadership, personal responsibility, behaviour, performance, resilience, goal-setting, faith and personal development.
